Samsung - Samsung not ultra not working

Hey samsung I am really frustrated with your service and finally I realized samsung is just cheating with us . I have issue regarding note ** ultra *g that instead of being *g the *g don't support it. After complaining for more than *** times mailing you again and again I am tired of this , there is still no resolution provided to me regarding note ** ultra *g SA updates ... Also, what's the time estimation of the fix or the software update? Id you can't share the time then tell me the status and progress reports if company is working for it ..Let me know. Your support executives are clueless and are sending same replies to each email..... after waiting and waiting it has been * months passed ..I beg that can you plz atleast confirm that when it will really come or not ,take * month or ** month or ** year or after customer deaths!!!! Now don't want any update please refund my money ! Because you can't help me ? And don't want to get same reply by you of waiting more etc again this is over you have crossed the limits yours call assistant are not talking properly and they are leaving without any conclusion! It's over refund my money I know samsung can't do anything more !
