MADHURI SAMANTA DAS filed complaint against Samsung on Jun 29, 2025
I procured a double-door refrigerator of Samsung [the details of which is provided through the bill, as attached herewith) in the name of MADHURI SAMANTA DAS from the show-room of KHOSLA ELECTRONICS, DUTTAPUKUR and the article was delivered at the required residence whose address is near “Kashimpur Bijoili Sangha”, Duttapukur, PIN – ****** on **.*.**** around * pm.
The article was installed by one Technician, supposedly named Zakir (**********) on **.*.**** around *.** pm. And at that time, after unpacking the article, it was revealed that the body of the consigned article get dented in four places.
This matter was brought to the notice of the concerned Sales Personnel (**********) of the above mentioned show-room today at **.** pm and she referred the issue to another person also by providing his (supposedly name being Chandan Das) contact number. I subsequently called the newly received no. (**********), explained the status who ensured me to get back within half an hour from **.** pm. Even after expiry of more than two hours from then, I attempted to call him twice which went in vain.
Replace / Fix problem

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
