I would like to raise a complaint regarding my Samsung Galaxy S**, which I purchased on ** March **** and for which I had created a job sheet at the service center.After the latest software update, a green line suddenly appeared on my phone’s display, even though the phone does not have a single scratch or any physical damage. Despite the fact that my phone does not even have a single scratch or any visible damage, the service center is demanding ₹*,*** for a screen replacement. They are refusing to provide proper service just because the phone was purchased from Dubai, even though Samsung is an international company and such excuses are unacceptable. Moreover, the customer service staff were extremely rude to me — they shouted and argued aggressively, constantly blaming me for buying the phone abroad. I have been mentally harassed by their behavior and lack of support for over a month now. I am completely dissatisfied and exhausted by this ongoing mental stress caused by their unfair treatment and unethical practices.
