Sir,
I have lodged a service request regarding the repair of my samsung refrigerator for which the company deputed a service engineer to get the refrigerator repaired. They changed the compressor of my refrigerator and made some minor repairs best known to them. The company charged me Rs. ****. Since the day of repair, it hardly may have run for **days when the refrigerator showed the same problem. I again called the service engineer on his personal number to assist but he asked me to raise service request through the same process as before. I again did the same process through Service request No ********** dated **th August **** but the service centre is not responding at all. You are requested to intervene and get my problem redressed at the earliest.
