I have ordered Galaxy M**s during amazon prime days on *th Sep **** and lenovo Legion Y*** on *th Sep ****, they send me the * products with single tracking id on **th I got the notification that my products will get delivered today but provided only a single OTP. Delivery Person delivered my Lenovo Legion *** only and when I asked him about my *nd product then they told me that I have only a single product of yours and asked the OTP and after giving OTP both products showing delivered. I have not noticed that earlier but on same day I noticed this issue and on same day I called amazon customer support for help regarding my product Galaxy M**s but they told me to show some patience its just a scanning issue wait till **th Aug ****. But till date I didn't got my product so I complained about that and amazon started investigating but they reported that the product is successfully delivered to the customer... So where is the product... I have not received my order.... And they are denied for refund or any other compensation
