FIJI CHACKO filed complaint against OYO Rooms Pvt Ltd on May 29, 2020
I had a room booked at Caprice Residency Kochi through OYO ( fully paid * months in advance) but in Dec ****, when I reached the hotel for check-in, the hotel refused saying they have discontinued their arrangement with OYO . In Jan'** I made a complaint to the OYO customer care but they were evasive initially, later assured me that they would revert & nothing came of it. How I could get my money refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
