OYO Rooms Pvt Ltd - Not Refund Excess Amount

My concern is below amounts, i paid oyo **** +**** per day but Hotel Provided less amount Bill (****+****) to me and said OYO given us same amount, at that time your one representative also available there & assure me to provide GST Invoice of Complete Amount from OYO but commitment failed.
So now i want refund *** Rs. which excess paid to OYO otherwise i will file consumer court & all the charges will bear by you....
