I booked a room with OYO for * nights (**/**/**** - **/**/****). As I was very much concerned about the hygiene part considering the pandemic, I booked a property which looked great and mentioned to be well sanitized on the app. But when I checked-in into the room, it was pathetic. No cleanliness at all, broken furnitures, flickering lights, unclean bathroom and what not. I tried to reach the customer care but could not get any help. Somehow I found a number (**********). I explained him about my issue and said that he will move me to another Oyo property nearby. He asked me to pay for this new booking through the OYO app and said that I will receive the refund for the previous booking within ** hours. I did as told by him but never received my refund. There is no one I can reach out to. I searched for the regional office address on google. When I went there, I found out that the office has been shut over a year now. I am also attaching the pictures of the room I rejected.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
