I searched for a room in tirupathi for the night of *th July and I booked Oyo ***** Hotel Gjin Residency room I had found in the search list and I made * room bookings and after I made the booking when I'm navigating to the hotel I found out that it's not even in tirupathi and it's in a place called puttur which is almost **kms away from Tirupati.

So it was around **pm in the night so I just went there anyway in a cab. After reaching the hotel, the hotel manager denied check-in saying the hotel is not accepting Oyo bookings. So I called the Goibibo customer care and they said I'll receive a call back within ** mins to solve my problem.

So after the hotel manager didn't even let me wait in the lobby for waiting for the call back. So I had to wait outside the hotel with my family at around **pm in the night and we waited for more than ** mins and we didn't receive and call backs so we decided to call a travels guy to go to Tirupati and lookk for a room and the travels charged us **** as there was no travels agency available in puttur and the guy had to come all the way from Tirupati which is **kms away to pick us up. So we waited till ** o'clock midnight for the cab and still I didn't receive any call backs and it eveb exceed the gotime of *hr which was promised on the app.

I kept making multiple calls to the customer care and then each representative who spoke to me just kept promising me to wait for the call back and I'll just recieve it in ** mins. And tirupathi it was some peak time season and there were very less rooms available and those were way too expensive. So we just waited in the TTD hall which was there in tirupathi hoping to get a call back from goibibo and I still have all the call recordings of each representative I spoke to that day so around *am I called Goibibo again and asked the representative to transfer the call to his supervisor officer and he was denying it first and then he just put me on hold for ** mins. And then he disconnected my call.

So at around *am I got a call from the call back team and that person was just sayimg he can't book another room for me and talking to me in a ride way about how my booking amount was low so he can't make another booking for me and he told he put a a request for customer delight team to call me back within ** hours and I waited for that call back but they sent me a email regarding this and I didn't respond to that email and on the same day they sent me another email saying you have not responded so we are closing your case. And I responded to that email a day later requesting for a call back but I never received any and my refund was not initiated too.

I have called your customer care regarding this atleast ** different times after that for a resolution and every time i just receive a promise saying I'll get a call back from the customer delight team.
So till date the I haven't received any call back with a proper resolution
