Goibibo India Private Limited - Ticket booking not confirmed and money deducted

I was booked train tickets in goibibo and the money deducted from my bank account ruppees **** and they show in last of confirmation page booking is still progress they told me booking is confirmed in ** mins or the money deducted from my account as refund but after * day ago the booking is still in progress and my money didn't come many times I complaint goibibo but they avoid me
