Goibibo India Private Limited - Cheated by goibibo by giving another hotel snd non ac room

I booked a hotel through goibibo on **/**/**** in kochi. They provided me the wrong address of the hotel. They provided address in the city only, but the hotel is ** kms far from the place they provided. I called the hotel they also saying we told goibibo to change address lot of times, till now they are not changed. I called the call centre and waited for * hours with my luggage in the road side. At last they provided me a hotel near the place I choosed. But there is no ac or breakfast they provided. Goibibo offered me *** rs as a compensation, with in ** hrs they will give to me. Till now I didnt get that money. It's a really cheating done by goibibo. I have proof for all these things.
