Goibibo India Private Limited - Refunding the booking hotel amount

We had booked Hotel Darshan , Ooty for * days **th Aug ****-**th Aug **** for **K INR where booking ID is HTLWCSEHGF and could not reach from Mysore to Ooty due to heave rain and floods surrounding areas and all the roads were blocked. I cancelled the booking and raised the issue with goibibo where ticket number ********. goibibo team is deducting the **% of booking amount about *K as penalty which is huge for natural disaster. As goibibo is refunding the whole money for Kochi hotels due to floods and it should have happened in my case also. Please do the needful.
