- Return pickup done for a cancelled return Open
Have mailed this with a serious concern that ** Jan delivery boy came and picked up this tracking number order: ************** But the status isn't updated yet in club factory app and showing as cancelled. I have contacted your Delhivery agent Rosy she said to send a mail along with some proof of any confirmation unfortunately I don't have any except courier boy number from which he call yesterday.
Also this tracking order ************** got picked up by the same person but this contains other order details which sent to club factory successfully.

club factory didn't received the product at ware house which i sent and your delhivery people saying they sent but they aren't providing me any strong reference.
I called them multiple times, they aren't accepting the call and this made me furious. I will lodge a complaint in consumer court too if this didn't get resolved
Attached are the screenshots of proofs please help me at the earliest.one of the watch didn't reached to club factory as they said and I don't have any proof to tell them that I have handover two watches to the delhivery pick person came to collect the return parcel.
That idiot instead of one watch he has taken two from me where the return request in club factory application was of one watch hence they aren't locating the other watch return request.
Please consider this as a serious issue and help.
