Delhivery - Delay in the delivery of the package

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an unprecedented delay with my shipment, AWB Number *************. The courier was booked from Mumbai to Kanpur on **th October via the Delhivery App, with the pickup occurring on **th October. The initial delivery estimate was for **th October, but as of **st October, I have still not received the package.

Despite several follow-ups through your customer service channels, there has been no satisfactory resolution. Below is the sequence of events so far:

I was informed the package had arrived at the Kanpur facility but later told it was in the Pune facility center.
On **th October, I was told the package had reached the Kanpur facility again. However, the app continues to display "Arriving Today," and the estimated delivery keeps getting pushed to the next day.
Each time I request an update, I am given generic responses stating the package will arrive within **-** hours. This cycle has repeated for over ** days, causing immense frustration.
Please treat this as an urgent matter and prioritize the delivery of my package without further delay.
