i ordered monte carlo jacket from paytm mall on ** December but the product was damaged it had two holes, so I placed return within * days and on ** januray they automatically cancelled my return request and till date there is no contact from paytm. totally frustrated with it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
