Hi,
This complaint is been filed regarding the return and refund issue I have been facing from past * months now.
I had requested for return of my HP Chromebook laptop in the month of january'**' which got picked up on **st january'**' by an amazon agent named Rahul whereas the return was scheduled for *rd of Feb'**'.The agent provided me with a return receipt that included details of my product,pickup address and the refund amount which I have enclosed below.Thereafter there has been no update regarding the pickup or return on amazon account through which the pickup was scheduled.On contacting the customer service team,they just tell me the investigation is on and I will be receiving call from their end within *-* working days.The same thing has been told to me since past one month now and yet haven't received any call or update regarding my refund.
On **th of March'**', I tried talking to the escalation team where they told me that they are tracking the laptop,it says it hasn't reached the retailer and that they have raised a ticket regrading the issue and again asked to wait for * weeks.The ticket number given was D********.The problem didn't get resolved as always and again called up amazon and now they have again raised a new ticket.The ticket number is V*********. We have even emailed the entire issue to amazon and jeff,yet there was no response from their side.
The complete episode is very frustrating and terrible service on their part and I shall be be thinking twice before buying from the website again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
