I placed an order via Ajio account on **th October, **** and the order was delivered to me on *th November, in which i kept some items and some were returned and was taken by their delivery agent on **th November, ****. But, it is not reflecting on my Ajio account that they have picked them up and neither have they initiated my refund. Moreover, their customer services are not contactable and their email send to them also remain undeliverable.
One more order was placed on *th November, **** which came on **th November, **** and this is also not reflecting on the account as delivered. My money remains stuck as they are not responding.
