So my order was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday **th December but the delivery executive gave out false information to the office that I want to self collect it without my knowledge. This happened three times and I can’t even remember how many times I’ve tried contacting them and they failed after giving me assurances. The order was at the nearest warehouse, but still the delivery executive never delivered the order and kept giving out false information. I want to point out the delivery company too (Xpressbees) which is the worst delivery platform ever and their customer support don’t give a shit about their customers. So the order finally got cancelled and got sent back and I have got a message in my Paytm account which says that my amount has been refunded to my bank through ajio paytm which is half the amount I am supposed to receive and I haven’t yet had a rupee credited to my account.
