Ajio - Return cancelled twice

I ordered * products from ajio, i dont liked the product so raised a return request, at first my return was cancelled again i requested for a return the return request was on hold for few days they stated that product will be picked up by **th october but they cancelled return request on *th october and the due date to return the product was *rd october and i cannot place the return request anymore. They intentionally cancelled my request i had a loss of **k rupees. I want refund. Ajio is worst at its customers.
