Hello sir,
Kindly check the below complain and it's against Amazon India.

Company: Amazon.in
Complain: I have ordered Acer Nitro VG***Y **.* inch Full HD IPS Monitor from amazon and I got it delivered. I was not happy with the performance of this monitor and while raising a return request, Amazon is not ready to take the return request and simply forcing me to keep the product with me. And there is no such condition mentioned in the product page that it's a non returnable product. Amazon is simply harassing the customer like this, they are simply looting common peoples money. If a customer is taking one product and that does not fulfill his requirement he or she can return the product and it's worth **,*** Rs/- not a small amount .But they are not ready to listen anything.
So my humble request is please help me to get back my money from amazon and please take necessary steps for this. I will be highly obliged.
