I have purchased an item from "wholesalebazar.com" on **st Jan **** and before delivering the product all going very well but after delivery, they delivered my product on **th Jan ****. Then I have found the wrong item in the delivered packet so I decide to cancel the order but when I reached again on the website there is no option for the cancellation of the product so that I decide to chat with them but there is also they are not replied on that too so I tried all possible communication method like phone or email but they are not replied then I have frustrated and decide to go with legal way that is why I am writing this complaint. Please help with the same.
