- Reschedule of flight and no assistance from Cleartrip Open

I’ve booked a ticket from Mauritius to Hyderabad through Cleartrip on **th Feb, ****. The flight earlier was scheduled on *nd March **** starting from Mauritius at *:** pm (Mauritian time) and landing in Mumbai at ** AM (Indian time) on **rd March, **** from there I have a layover for more than * hours at Mumbai, then the flight to Hyderabad is scheduled to reach at *:** AM.
Unfortunately due to some unannounced reasons the Air Mauritius has rescheduled the flight in such way; takeoff from Mauritius **:** AM and landing in Mumbai at **:** PM and the domestic flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad is now after a layover of more than ** hours.
After my initial call to Cleartrip executive who after few attempts connected my call with Air Mauritius where the executive from Air Mauritius accepted to change the flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad with a decent layover of just * hours but to do so Air Mauritius needed some authorisation from Cleartrip and to do just this much I’ve been waiting for * days already yet no one contacted me from Cleartrip and neither they are ready to take any action for this.
