I booked a ticket from easemytrip, then because of Corona virus issue I tried to reschedule with them. I called their customer care so many times but each time they told their. Backend team will call me. But when they called I was traveling so I didn't pick there call but immediately after that I tried to call them but again same issue their backend team will call , and they delayed and I didn't reschedule my flight and I lost my money. Even after they accepted it was thier fault but they will not refund my amount, I felt so helpless
