Easemytrip.com - Refund no received on bus operator cancelling the bud

As the bus operator cancelled my return trip from Goa to Bangalore on *rd October, refund was initiated from easemytrip.com. I received email form easemytrip as refund processed. I have been following up from easemytrip since *th of October. They are not providing any solution or support apart from telling to you wait and assuring to give a callback.
The ANR number provided is invalid which was initiated by Bank
Booking id - EMT*********
Date of transaction - **th sept ****
REFUND INITIATED DATE - *rd oct ****
Payment mode -Icici credit card(visa)
Even after ** days I haven't received the refund. The previous raised request was closed without providing refund.
