Booked travel from Bengaluru to Bali for * passengers on Aug **th **** through easemytrip.com. Later cancelled * passengers but yet to receive the refund. Indigo has already refunded this amount to easemytrip.com as their official website shows the refund status as complete with all the details. The amount is held up with easemytrip. Not getting any response from them despite me reaching out to the customer care, dropping an email to their designated email id, and reached company secretary, and tried to reach CEO also. I need an urgent help here.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
