Hi Team,
As the bus operator cancelled my return trip from Goa to Bangalore on *rd October, refund was initiated from easemytrip.com. I received email form easemytrip as refund processed. I have been following up from easemytrip since *th of October. They are not providing any solution or support apart from telling to you wait and assuring to give a callback.
The ANR number provided is invalid which was initiated by Bank
Booking id - EMT*********
Date of transaction - **th sept ****
REFUND INITIATED DATE - *rd oct ****
Payment mode -Icici credit card(visa)
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
