Due to G** Indigo flight waived off my cancellation charges and told me that i would get a full refund as i spoken to them on *th Sept ****. I booked my flight through easemytrip.com now Indigo is saying they have paid my refund to Easemytrip but Easemytrip customer care is saying they havent recieved any refund. I am stuck here since ** days and no refund is made. This is a new type of cheating going on. Pls take necessary action.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
