I have already mailed Reliance digital on provided mail reliancedigital@ril.com about my issue for newly purchased mobile i.e.Oneplus nord *t from Mumbai opera house branch regarding battery draining and heating issue for mobile.Accordingly as said to me by ur executive of reliance to visit the oneplus service center about my issue,I visited the *+service center of DN road fort Mumbai,They kept my mobile under observation for *days and said tat the mobiles battery is ****mah so the battery life is tat much only and will drain faster and about the heating issue they said we cannot do anything and denied to give a DOA letter(as asked by reliance outlet) of which I can replace or take a Credit note from the concern outlet of purchase,As it is newly purchased on **th of November **** and in warranty they told me to contact the Reliance digital outlet from whr I purchased.I contacted the concern person at reliance he said we cannot do anything without DOA letter from *+ service center but as the oneplus service center persons said they cannot give DOA letter and cannot repair or cannot do anything as it is a new purchase,So I told the concern person at reliance outlet to put my this problem under Non satisfactory terms and provide me the Credit note of the purchase amount of product.As being a working women according to ** to ** hours duty shift I require better battery backup mobile.and this mobile doesnt provide a better battery backup. The concern person at Reliance digital opera house branch Mumbai from whr I purchase the mobile said tat they require a mail from your Reliance Head office tat Customer is not Satisfied with the product and requires a Credit Note of the purchase amount of the product then only they will handover the credit note or replacement of the product but the customer support executives also didnt help out in solution.they dont even give reply on mails or calls,totally unsatisfied with the product and service ,want a refund or replacement for the product
