They will make you suffer for their own mistakes just because you have trusted them. Kind of arrogant since they don't care about the inconvenience they have caused a returning customer. I ordered VC E***** they delivered Okely which was worth more than what I ordered. I returned that and asked for my actual order. CS told me that they will not fulfil the order # ********** (Purchased: *rd Jun ****) for that matter unless they complete their "investigation". I returned the same on **th Jan **** and they never returned my product back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
