**th oct, **** - Purchased washing machine on
**th oct, **** - Received the product on
**th, oct **** - Engineer visited and found product damaged
**th, oct **** - filed a technical report by Engineer for replacement
Till date **th, oct, ****, I haven't received any update and only received false promise from customer service center.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
