purchased a Pavilion about one and a half years ago, and it is giving me battery problems. I was told by the HP India team that the battery needs replacement. I also have an extended warranty care pack, which I was informed does not include battery replacement. However, it is clearly mentioned on the website that the care pack does include battery replacement.
I was put on hold and had to go back and forth with the support staff from HP, but they were absolutely unhelpful, and I received no follow-up from HP's side. I showed them that the website states the care pack includes battery replacement, but they insisted it needs to be written in the email received. The email I received after purchasing the care pack only included the order number.
