- Laptop not shipped saying out of stock and lies by HP Sales rep Closed

I ordered a HP spectre laptop vide order number *************** on **th July, ****, assisted by a HP Sales Rep Dipesh Kumar. The laptop was showing In Stock and the Sales guy Dipesh, confirmed that this will be delivered in *-* days max. The website trackin now shows waiting for shipment even on *rd August. On calling the sales team, they kept transferring my call and the last guy says, the laptop is not in stock and dont know when it will be back. Refused to share his full name, just said Inderjeet. Asked to cancel the order as this is clear case of lying and cheating the customer. No idea when they will giove me back my money. Why does HP lie to customers and take orders for out of stock items? Why does the website show in stock when you clearly dont have inventory? What is the status of my refund and when can I expect my money back?
