I have opted for a flat maintenance service from Nobroker, they had informed me that the owner and tenant agreement will be made, also the tenants background check will be done, also the rent amount would be received from tenant and transferred to owner.
I have not received a single service till date after more than * months of service opted. The tenant has paid the rent amount, however still the company has not transferred any single rupee.
