Dear Team,
I purchased a LG Side by Side refrigerator from Reliance Digital Store Anantapur on **-May-****. They delivered on **-May-**** at *PM, installation done on **-May-****. But I received damaged product. So, I requested them for refund the amount. Because they told replacement will take minimum of * days. If again I received damaged product then again I need to wait for * more days for another replacement.
Replacement requested raised on **-May-****, but they didn't pick up the product. So, I personally went to store to return the product with my own transport. I returned the product on **-May-****. Store staff told me that amount will be refunded within * working days.
Till now I followed up like anything, but I didn't get refund. I paid it from Credit Card, now EMI got generated, this will be big loss for me to pay additional changes which need to pay to bank.
Its almost ** days but no responds from them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
