- Reliance digital fraud services Open
This is the brief of the problem that I'm facing by reliance digital. I'm a Mtech Computer Science engineering student. I'm telling you this because of shows that I'm a technical sound person to talk about anything related to technology.
I had purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad *** from esteemed reliance digital store in sgnr, Raj. Also, I took extended one year warranty costing Rs **** to me as told by one of the employees that it'll take care of any hardware and software services. I bought the laptop on June **, ****, meaning I've still ** more days of resQ service.
On the **th of May ****, I saw temporary black spots on my laptop screen. I mailed my query to reliance digital they asked me to wait for ** hours and then they'll reply me. I didn't get a reply for the next * days. Hence I had to mail reliance again. Then I called reliance digital customer care and they asked me to visit nearest resQ. I went there and told about my laptop's problem on the screen. They saw the screen and just saying by naked eyes declared that the screen is broken. I told them that there is no physical damage from outside they still said that this is broken. They were very rude and pathetic in communication. I asked them that if it is broken, kindly open the screen and show me the damage or crack if found. I'll take back the laptop and will pay and repair it. They said that they'll not open the laptop and any technical sound person will not look into it. If they want any hearing than I should go to Lenovo customer care and should pay them the charge of service and then come back to them with a report of not damage only then they will work on the laptop. They didn't even have a quality check just said everything from the naked eye. I then made them write that they have checked the laptop with naked eyes and have not checked in manually. They even didn't touch the screen.
I went to resQ in Noida sector **, I was told to go to my place of purchase if I want to get any solution.
I being an engineering student had to leave Noida and come to sgnr, Rajasthan leaving all my engineering work. When I came to sgnr, the problem got worse. They also refused to have a check of the laptop by a technician ifo us. I just asked them to open the laptop screen and show me the damage, if the damage is there I'll take back the laptop. After an hour of discussion and fight, it was tough for us to make them ready for a quality check by a technician. They took the images on *st June **** and asked us to wait till *rd June **** and ensured us that the technician will open the screen ifo us and if there will be a crack , we were ready to pay the price for damage but if no physical damage is there, it will be solved under resQ warranty. But today on *rd June they called us to tell that it is under damage and hence they won't repair the laptop.
My concern is I had to travel *** km, visit various reliance digital stores and resQ and still after many days, my problem is unheard. How can someone tell a screen is broken without touching. The screen is perfect from outside, something inner has defected and all executives are making a fool out of me. I'm pursuing my post graduation from a reputed engineering College and so far have more technical knowledge than any of the sales employee and they are making a fool out of me as if I'm illiterate in this very field.
They gave a complaint I'd ********* in sgnr, Raj but no physical check of damage was done anywhere.
I'm being in problem for last *-** days and none of the employees has solved it even *%, I'm travelling from place to place in order to get my laptop fixed spending money on travel and still no one is ready to just open the laptop and prove it to be that the laptop is broken. No one wants to even touch the laptop, everyone is saying with naked eyes.
This is the last time I'm expecting a good response from your side. If not now, I've to move to consumer court and drag concerned members for poor attending even after paying for the services.
