I am being harassed and cheated by Reliance digital team and details are as under. I purchased an LG * ton dual inverter Split A.C. with article number *********/Product Id- JSQ**APXD* on **st Feb **** for Rs. ***** plus RESQ care plan worth Rs. ****. I am now following up with the Reliance digital team for * months now to come and go for the service of the AC. But every time I get to hear all kinds of excuses and date of arrival with no one turning up till today. To my surprise, I got a message on the **th of May and even today with different request numbers that your service request has been successfully completed and feedback is pending from my side. Every time I call Reliance digital, a similar feedback message comes that makes me go crazy about customer service quality. The service guy who was last entrusted to come to my place has no time or courage to receive my call and ignores my call. He gave me his team leaders number who switched off his mobile after ignoring my calls. Proof of the message shared for reference.
I now need to teach these morons a lesson and need a serious case to be put against them.
