On January **, ****, I purchased policy from BHARTI AXA. During the sales process, I interacted with a representative named Suyash, whose contact details I have provided below for your reference:

Throughout the sales process, Suyash and the BHARTI AXA team provided me with misleading and false information regarding the total returns I would receive from the policy. I was repeatedly assured, both verbally and in writing in a paper by a representative who visited my home , that the policy would yield certain returns comprising of three components: "Guaranteed Payout," "Sum Assured," and "**% Minimum Guaranteed Surrender Value." Despite my repeated requests for written clarification over email , they never provided the three components detail over email . First I got reply from service team that I'll get two components i.e. "Guaranteed Payout" and "Sum Assured" only . Then again when I tried forcing Suyash again and again that I need *rd component detail also over email , then he sent the email to me from ""rohit.jagatkar@bhartiaxa.com" email id where it was mentioned that I'll get "**% Minimum Guaranteed Surrender Value" .
Specifically, I received two separate emails from BHARTI AXA's official email address, each containing different components of the policy. In one email, two components, namely "Guaranteed Payout" and "Sum Assured," were mentioned. In another email, a different component, "**% Minimum Guaranteed Surrender Value," was included. However, despite my insistence and attempts to obtain clarification over WhatsApp and phone calls, the BHARTI AXA team failed to provide a comprehensive written breakdown of all three components.
Furthermore, when I escalated my concerns to a broader group within BHARTI AXA, I was informed by the service team that if I had been told about the third component, it was merely a false promise to sell the policy. This admission of providing false information to secure a sale is deeply troubling and raises serious ethical and legal concerns.
Despite my continuous efforts to seek resolution by sending numerous emails to the BHARTI AXA team over the past month, I have received no satisfactory assistance or resolution. The lack of response and accountability from BHARTI AXA only exacerbates my frustration and disappointment.
