Type - Life Insurance. Name of the company - Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Date of commencement - **th Sep Proposal. No. - ********. Premium amount - **,*** Grievance no. provided by Bharti Axa- QHMP**********. Problem- I wanted to take a life insurance policy from Bharti Axa life insurance and on **th Sep ****, I made a payment of Rs *****/- online on the link provided by Bharti Axa Agent. While doing payment I was asked to enter the proposal number, but by mistake, I entered incorrect proposal number and made the payment. After making payment, the agent told me that the proposal number entered is incorrect and I should get a refund in ** days. I waited for ** days but didn't get any refund, so as advised by the agent, I visited the branch. The manager in the branch acknowledged that they have received the payment and they will start refund after I will provide them a written application. I gave them a written application for the same and provided the bank statement as well and they assured me that I will get a refund in ** days. Since then I had visited their branch multiple times and every time they are saying that I will get a refund in * days. It's been more than * months since I made the payment but refund is not initiated yet. I also talked to Bharti Axa customer care and dropped them mail but they asked me to visit the branch only.
