Byjus sales team calls me on **/**/**** and told that i am shortlisted for prime batch which is taken care by the ex/senior IAS officers and senior mentors. After counselor called me on same day & told me about prime batch and facilities they will provide. i paid ****/- admission fee and *****/- fee with EMI option through credit card. But after watching their live class and monthly current affair magazine, i understand that content of BYJUS is not upto the mark and poor content & there is no PRIME BATCH, they added me in Existing batch. due to the poor content and fake promises , i applied for cancellation of my admission and requested for refund. on **/**/**** on manager of byjus called me and told byjus will not refund your money. i again explained her about fake promises and poor content, still she forced me to take tab , which i refused multiple times. eventhough they asked my details for this complimentary tab and sent a mail for acknowledge of accepitng the tab. but i didnt acknowledge that mail and again i raised a cancellation request on the same day. from **/**/**** till today i raised **+ requests on cancellation and complete refund. but nobody is responding. when i was contacting customer care everytime they told that i will get call within ** hrs. but i didnt get any call from cancellation team upto now. by this BYJUS is harassing me mentally and i am unable to do my daily work due to this mental pressure. as per the byjus policy , i am completely eligible for refund. but there team is manipulating me by forcing me to take complimentaries. kindly ask them to provide their all conversation recordings(fake promises and harassment) & i am requesting you to provide justice by my full refund & cancelling my admission. also i am asking additonal amount due to their mental harassment. i am adding files of my request for cancellation mails and invoice along with refund policy .
