I booked two tickets to travel from Ahmedabad to New Delhi showing refundable label and while approaching Intermiles to reschedule or cancel the tickets , they refused to me. I am intermiles member since many years, I am surprised by their customer care representatives reply.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
