Sreenivas filed complaint against Make My Trip on Aug 28, 2020
Sir,
on **.**.****, an amount of Rs.****.** (transaction reference No.************IGAJAPUWX*) is debited from my SBI account towards flight ticket booking vide make my trip Booking ID **************. Not received e-ticket and no PNR is generated against the above booking id.
For reference:
From Chennai to Hyderabad on **.**.**** by Spicejet Flight No.SG*** for Mr. Prabhakar Chowki and Mrs. Pushpalatha.
It is requested that necessary arrangements may please be made to effect the refund.
The above was done through my SBI netbanking on behalf of above passengers by me.
