i did not receive my refund yet. but it has already been a high time i need to get that money back. my college deadline was today at *pm to show my flight ticket but due to cleartrip i was unable to do so. it was mentally disturbing for me as a student. i had to lend money from someone to book my flight, it was a bad impression of mine toward my college because of them and still i have told customer care like a million times on my refund but there was no response. i request you to take a strict action towards them and get my money back ASAP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
