We were shown baggage allowance of ** kg per person for a fitsair flight while booking on cleartrip. However, at the checkin counter, fitsair made us pay for the entire baggage saying that the ticket we purchased has * allowance. We showed multiple evidences to cleartrip where it is showing incorrect information for different dates for the same flight. However, cleartrip is not taking any responsibility
