I booked a round trip flight of Air asia. Due to some medical emergency i had to cancel the ticket before * days. I booked through clear trip. And when i canceled the ticket i got message from Air india that the have refunded the amount to agency. but when i called them they said there is no refund it seems. i kno cutting our half of the amount is understandablebut this is too much.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
