I book the ticket in ease my trip and the flight is cancelled by the airlines and they auto refunded the amount on **th December ****, regarding this issue i spoke with customer service for the refund and they told that the refund will be use as a credit shell, hence i request to book the ticket by credit shell and the remaining balance can be made by myself if any, regarding this inquiry i spoke to customer ** times they are not giving feedback about this case , please do favor for me
