Ease my trip com - Appropriate amount not refunded on cancellation

I cancelled my flight from Bangalore to Delhi and it was showing in the ease my trip app that I will be getting a refund of around **** but I received only **** by the company. The airline gave them even a more refund of **** despite this they did not provide me the appropriate refund.
