I have rented colive for * month . And left it on **st July . It has been * month and still they are not returning my refund amount . I have send *-* mails till now but no response. On Instagram they asked me to dm but there also no response. Colive PG Owner is saying they don't know anything about it just mail to backend team. When I call tu customer care they said we will check your status, call back us after * hours ,but after * hr they are not picking up call. Its not happening with only me , lots of people suffering from same situation . If anyone want to confirm can go to colive posts on Instagram and verify in comments.
