www nobroker in - Nobroker Not refunding the advance amount

• On Jan **rd ****, I paid an advance amount of INR **,*** for Bathroom renovation services from www.nobroker.in through online (receipt and transaction ID details attached).
• On **th Jan ****, * team members from the company visited my home to review the renovation work and agreed to send me the revised quotation
• On **st Jan ****, I suggested few changes to the revised quotation requesting for an updated quotation.
• No updates, no mail responses, no whatsapp message updates, no phone response, No SMS from anybody from the company despite multiple reminders from me over phone and whatsapp messages for * days.
• Finally, after I threatened to withdraw from the project, an updated quotation is sent on *th Feb **** by the Project Manager
• Frustrated with their lack of communication, updates and services, I decided to cancel the project and sent a message to the team on whatsapp stating the same on *th Feb **** asking the company to refund my Advance amount of INR **,***.
• I did not hear any update or confirmation of my cancellation of services from the company even after speaking to the first escalation Manager on *th Feb ****
• I decided to approach second and final escalation on **th Feb **** after trying hard to recover my money from the first escalation Manager.
• Despite multiple reminders, calls, whatApp messages, SMS, no updates and no refund has been sent to me as on today by this service company – *th March ****.
