Dear Team,
On **th Sept **** between **:** hrs to **: ** hrs (approx.) we purchased few items from Reliance Smart Bazaar, Civil lines, Prayagraj.
While making payment at the counter I tried to make the payment thru HDFC Credit card, but the counter lady said that the same was not received.
After *-* unsuccessful trials from HDFC credit card, I made the payment thru ICICI debit card (by approx.** .** hrs) and went out.
Very next day, I found that out of *-* unsuccessful trials from HDFC credit card, in one of the transactions, the payment was successful and the same is reflecting in my statement too. Hence, I lodged a complaint with no. mentioned in below screenshot.
It is extremely unfortunate that my complain was CLOSED without providing any proof is not only unfair but very unethical (UTP) too.
I am sure the footage of payment counters on**th Sept is safe / not deleted from servers as I lodged complaint very next day and
do keep it safe till resolution.
I lodged the same with HDFC card section for resolution as well.
In all, I end up paying double for my single purchase. Pl check the CCTV footage and refund the same to the undersign immediately.
