RELIANCE DIGITAL - Time waste of costumers miss guidance lack of employees training

That day was Thursday I have asked reliance digital employees for discount on a new phone moto G** *G they said yes sir and said that **** rupees discount was available on ICICI credit card that day I didn't purchase the phone but on Saturday I came to purchase the same phone they said me the same offer after I ask again and again about it they assure me. Then I go to my office wasted my time and money in transportation waste my time in travelling and waited for Saturday to purchase the phone for that offer but when I got back with the card they said there was no offer it was for on purchasing of * lakh where I asked them repeatedly about that they said yes everytime I asked and in the end they wasted my time my money and didn't do anything to pay off that. I want some action to be taken against reliance digital store Jaipur at gaurav tower to waste costumers time costumers money at no things
